MONTSE CASTILLO
Founder of RepaQ
With a degree of Chemistry from URL and Chemistry Engineering from IQS, she began her professional career in 1995 as a researcher in Environmental Chemistry at CID-CSIC, where she completed her thesis to obtain her PhD in Chemistry from the UB in 2000.

In 1999 she joined in the food industry sector leading the packaging and sustainability area and, in 2012, he founded RepaQ with the aim of offering packaging consulting services to packers and packaging manufacturers.
JOAQUIN BETRIÁN
Consulting Partner of RepaQ
Degree in Chemistry from URL, Chemical Engineer IQS and Master in Industrial Technical Management from IQS-URL. In 1999 he joined in the food industry sector, where he performed different functions related to quality, innovation and production until 2019. In RepaQ he works as a consultant in projects of operational excellence and quality assurance, legality and food safety.
SARA BERGUA
Project Manager Safepack
Biotechnologist and Master in Food Technology from UdL. Training that allowed her to start in the food industrial sector in 2015 and subsequently join in Repaq. In 2017 she obtained a Master's degree in Packaging Management from IQS-URL and consolidated her position as Project Manager in the Safepack area at RepaQ, where she specializes in projects for quality assurance, legality and food safety.
AÍDA ENRECH
Project Manager Compliance
Graduated in Food Science and Technology from UdL. She started her professional career at RepaQ in 2020 and in 2022 she obtained a Master in Packaging Management by IQS-URL and consolidated her position as Project Manager in the Compliance area in RepaQ. She currently covers the area of regulatory aspects related to the circularity of packaging, food contact materials and labeling.
NOÈLIA CASTELLÀ
Project Manager Consulpack
Graduated in Food Science and Technology from UdL and MSc in Management and Innovation in the Food Industry from UdL. After three years of experience in the Quality and Food Safety department of a food manufacturing company, she has consolidated her position as Project Manager in the Consulpack area. In this role, she coordinates projects focused on advisory and support services to ensure the implementation of the best packaging solutions—efficient, safe, sustainable, and aligned with the legal framework.

Project Technician
Graduated in Biotechnology from UdL. He began his professional career at RepaQ in 2024, providing support for projects in the Food Compliance and Consulpack areas as a specialist in logistics optimization and the beverage sector.
NHOREN ÁLVAREZ
Project Technician
Graduated in Food Science and Technology from UdL. She began her internship at RepaQ and currently collaborates on Consulpack projects, providing day-to-day support for initiatives related to quality, approval, and document management for our clients' packaging and containers.
JASMIN BELARMINO
Project Technician
Graduated in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lleida. She began her career at RepaQ in 2024, providing support for projects within the Consulpack division relating to the standardisation and digitisation of document management for our clients’ packaging.
PAULA POP
Administrative Management Technician
Graduated in English Philology from UdL and a Master’s in Specialized Spanish-English Translation from Nebrija University, she brings several years of experience in the education and management sectors. At RepaQ, she serves as Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the administrative-accounting area, applying her academic background, interpersonal skills, and administrative expertise.
JÚLIA TALAVERA
Project Technician
Graduated in Biotechnology from UdL. She started her internship at RepaQ and currently collaborates on Consulpack projects, specifically tasks related to quality, as well as the review and document management of our clients’ raw materials, packaging and packing materials.
RITA BETRIÁN
ESG and Digital Marketing
Global Governance student at ESADE. She collaborates in the Digital Marketing and Social Media area and is responsible for the ESG policy at RepaQ, overseeing strategy development, the implementation of actions, and the monitoring of their compliance and impact.

Sustainability
Telecommunications Engineer by the UPC and Master in Environmental Analysis by the UAB. She is an internal auditor in product sustainability certifications, a reference in RepaQ in the environmental area.
RUT ALBA
Creation and design
Creative Director of RepaQ. Her work has been recognized by the ADG-FAD LAUS awards in 2007. Graduated from EASD Ondara, she is in charge of designing the best packaging proposal combining art, design and functionality.
JORDI CIVIT
Market Intelligence
Jordi has a PhD in Biology from UAB with an extensive professional experience in Management and Purchasing Management in multinational and national companies in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Distribution sectors. Consultant and trainer in Strategic Purchasing Management, he develops in RepaQ the area of Market Intelligence of materials, purchasing management and packaging suppliers.
RUBÉN GAMBARTE
Lean Packaging | Industry 4.0
Rubén is a Chemical Engineer by UC, Consultant and Master in Lean Supply Chain Management, Operations and Logistics Management by UPC. With extensive experience in the management of lean industrial operations, industrialization of new products, start-up of manufacturing sections and production and supply chain planning; he is the referent of Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation in RepaQ.
BERNAT FAURA
Industrial design | Circularity Packaging
Industrial Design Engineer (Elisava, UPF), Materials Engineer (UAB) and Industrial Designer (Massana) with a Master in Design and Communication (UPF). He works as an industrial engineer in the area of design and industrial development of packaging at RepaQ together with Jordi Ventura.
JORDI VENTURA
Industrial design | Circularity Packaging
Industrial Design Engineer (Elisava, UPF). He works as an industrial engineer in the area of design and industrial development of packaging at RepaQ together with Bernat Faura.
